Why KCU Exists

KCU exists to give residents, ratepayers and property owners a united voice in promoting accountable local government, improved service delivery and responsible financial management. We work constructively with the municipality, elected representatives and the community to identify problems, propose solutions and advocate for positive change throughout Mogale City.

Our Focus

KCU works to promote accountable local government, improve municipal service delivery and strengthen public participation. Through constructive engagement, research, advocacy and community action, we help residents work together to build a better Mogale City.
